Join the EU-CONEXUS Research Conference 2025!

The Catholic University of Valencia will host the EU-CONEXUS Research Conference on 21–23 October in Valencia, focusing on “Transformative Research for Urban Coastal Sustainability.” Researchers, PhD students, and postdocs from partner universities are invited to explore interdisciplinary solutions to coastal urban challenges like climate change, health, infrastructure, and sustainable economies. Submit your poster by 15 June 2025 to join the dialogue on the future of coastal cities.

Seed Funding for internal collaboration!

The Seed Funding aims to strengthen collaboration among EU-CONEXUS partners in education, research, and innovation on SmES challenges. It supports small-scale collaborative projects focused on Smart Urban Coastal Sustainability (SmUCS), with funding available for research and academic teams from partner universities. Projects can focus on activities across education, research and innovation.

Grants for Co-Supervised PhD on SmUCS

The EU-CONEXUS community aims to develop PhD co-tutelle and co-supervised programs in Smart Urban Coastal Sustainability topics between 2 EU-CONEXUS partners. PhD students in co-tutelle or co-supervision are eligible for PhD Grants.
