“Innovative, Personalized, Student-Oriented, Inclusive Learning Environments”: Training by the University of Zadar
The University of Zadar successfully hosted a training session titled “Innovative, Personalized, Student-Oriented, Inclusive Learning Environments” from 11 to 13 June, 2024. The training was part of the EU-CONEXUS Teaching Academy training program and was attended by members of the academic staff from EU-CONEXUS partner universities, who interacted and shared valuable experiences.
The training focused on personalized learning in an inclusive environment, which can empower students to maximize their success. Participants went through the theoretical framework and practical examples, while exploring learning environments that adapt to students’ needs, based on different styles and concepts of learning.
It was led by Matilda Karamatić Brčić, an Associate Professor at the Department of Pedagogy at the University of Zadar; Maja Cindrić, an Assistant Professor at the Department of Teacher and Preschool Teacher Education at the University of Zadar; and Ana Pejdo, an Associate Professor at the Department of Geography at the University of Zadar.
