UTCB and EU-CONEXUS participated in the nZEB Expo in Bucharest
Representatives from the @Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest participated in the largest local event in the field of energy-efficient construction, the nZEB Expo in Bucharest. The goal of this event was to inform the public about nZEB, offering the necessary information for building correctly and sustainably – all in one place and in an accessible way.
nZEB is a concept that has become mandatory in construction. It refers to Buildings with almost Zero Energy consumption – in other words, buildings with very high energy performance.
The event draws attention to all the roles involved in the field of construction – architects, engineers, craftsmen, energy auditors, real estate developers, builders, and manufacturers of construction materials.
UTCB is one of the institutional partners of the event and was present both through speakers and a stand located in the expo area. UTCB specialists held presentations and discussions on current topics in the field of energy-efficient construction, focusing on the latest research and innovations in this sector.
At this event, the EU-CONEXUS and its work on #SmUCS topics were represented by staff members from the UTCB EU-CONEXUS Office, namely Ramona Diac (Mobilities Coordinator), Adriana Sumanaru (Project Development Coordinator) and Lavinia Turcu (Communication and External Relations Coordinator).
