The conference is organized by Faculty of Railways, Roads and Bridges, Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest and Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Bucharest.
This is the 5-th edition of the conferences RIGA organized in 2007, 2008, 2011, 2014 by the University of Bucharest, the Transilvania University of Brasov, the Romanian Academy, the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest.
