Microbial Additives in Aquaculture: Effects on the Lipid Metabolism of Gilthead Seabream
Microbial additives belong to the sustainable feed ingredients category and they have been shown to enhance fish health. Moreover, several studies have investigated the correlation between the impact of microbial additives and lipid metabolism.
During this Student Research Hub research project, we will explore the effects of 2 microbial additives on the lipid metabolism of the gilthead seabream, which is one of the most commercial fish species of the Mediterranean aquaculture
