📅 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭𝟱/𝟭𝟬/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟬/𝟭𝟮/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, the EU-CONEXUS Student Research Hub (SRH) project, “𝘉𝘪𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘌𝘯𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘔𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘲𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘚𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘴”, ran successfully under the thematic area of 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆. 🌊🔬

💡 During this program, students explored the application of sensing technologies for detecting aquatic contaminants and received hands-on training 🧪👩‍🔬👨‍🔬 at the Laboratory of Cell Technology of the @agricultural_university_athens

✨ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:

🔬 Developing a 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 and a sense of 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 as junior researchers in biotechnology.

On Friday 13th December, @universidadcatolicavalencia and @eu_conexus hosted The Wonders of Winter: A Multicultural Celebration at the Centro de la Beneficencia in Valencia 🎉🎄.

Erasmus international students 🌍, Buddy Programme participants 🤝, and UCV students came together to celebrate winter traditions from around the world ❄️✨.

Attendees enjoyed creative workshops, from designing tote bags to making Christmas jewellery, decorating ornaments, and gingerbread cookies 🍪🎅. Also, a fun photobooth captured the day’s most heartwarming moments 📷.

The event concluded with Spanish Christmas sweets like the roscón de reyes 🎂👑 and polvorones 🍬, adding warmth and festive cheer to the occasion 🍫☕.

This celebration not only honoured traditions but strengthened the cultural bonds that enrich our university community ❤️🤝.
