Coastal area between the old & new port of Limassol

WORKSHOP: Narratives of coastal transitions

Bus transportation will be available. Meeting point: Molos Amphitheatre

Following the Pecha Kucha 20X20 presentation, this workshop invites participants to explore the transformative character of the historical industrial area of Limassol, located between the old and new port of the city. The area is currently undergoing rapid gentrification, as it’s becoming the new hotspot of real estate in Limassol. During a guided walking tour along the coastal area, the participants can take photos as part of their Pecha Kucha presentation. They will have 400 seconds to share their visual and verbal impressions of the area, by presenting a slide-show of 20 images, each changing every 20 seconds.
